Institute of Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation and Research (IPRR) is the academic organ of Bangladesh Physiotherapy Association. The institutional review board is chaired by the editor in chief of BPJ and formed by 5 other members, as follows-
Chairman: Editor of BPJ
Member 1: Faculty of a Physiotherapy Institute with research experience
Member 2: Clinician with a research profile
Member 3: Statistician from a Public University/ institute
Member 4: Any member of editorial board of BPJ
Member 5: Member of Religious or Legal background
This Ethics committee is working accordance to Nuremberg code 1947, World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki, 1964 - 2O13 and other applicable regulation.

Prior to approval, the applicant will receive a confirmation letter. The institutional Ethics committee expects to be informed about the progress of the study, any changes occurring in the course of the study, any revision in the protocol and patient information or informed consent to be provided a copy of the final report. The processing fees for the approval is BDT 1000 and there are waiver facilities for Physiotherapy students and BPA Members upon application.
